Some constituent changes
will be made to the Hang Seng Composite Index with effect from 13 Mar 2023. The
total number of constituents will increase from 520 to 527. Xinte Energy Co.,
Ltd. - H Shares (1799) will be added to the list.

With this inclusion into the
Hang Seng Composite Index, fund managers will scramble to buy Xinte Energy fast before its price rise even further.
After Xinte
Energy is included in the Hang Seng Composite Index, Xinte Energy will become a
Hong Kong Stock Connect underlying stock. Mainland China investors who meet the
relevant qualifications can use RMB to directly buy and sell the Xinte Energy's
shares through the Hong Kong Stock Connect channel of the domestic exchange,
which will help increase the company's stock trading activity, stock liquidity,
its valuation, and enhance the company's influence in the capital market.
